1 -Beginner
Beginning - You know only a few words in English.
The first level-This stage is designed for people who have never studied English.
Points: IELTS 1-2 4-6 , TOEFL iBT 12
2 -Elementary
Elementary - you own the basic communication skills in familiar everyday situations for you. You can communicate in simple and travel situations, you are ready to master the more complex aspects and functions of language.
The second level - This level is designed for people who are taught English, but many have forgotten or passed material for any reason, was poorly understood.
Points: IELTS 3.0, TOEFL iBT 20
3 -Pre-Intermediate
Below the average - You have a way with basic communication skills in everyday life situations and to travel.
The third level - You need to listen more to learn grammar and to work on vocabulary.
Points: IELTS 3.5-4.5, TOEFL iBT 32
4 -Intermediate
Medium - You understand and speak in English with confidence.
The fourth level, you need to develop fluency and knowledge of grammar and expand your vocabulary.
Points: IELTS 4.5-5.5, TOEFL iBT 55
5 -Upper- Intermediate
Above average - you speak English quite well.
The fifth level - you can improve your skills, learn how to properly express and argue their thoughts and paying more attention to grammar and vocabulary

6 -Advanced
High - You own practical skills and apply them in different cultural situations arising.

7 -Proficiency
