To qualify for the AKI Inter undergraduate degree programs through AKI Inter you must:

• be 17 years of age or older
• have successfully completed the equivalent of secondary education
• have received a diploma or acceptable certification of graduation from secondary school in your home country
• be a non-American citizen with principal residence outside the US
• have a proficiency level of spoken and written English sufficient to perform acceptably within a university environment
• have demonstrated academic achievement indicative of university success (minimal 2.0 GPA)

To qualify for (post) graduate studies through AKI Inter you must:

• be a non-American citizen with principal residence outside the US
• have successfully completed the equivalent US secondary education
• have successfully completed a four year undergraduate degree
• have an English language proficiency level of TOEFL 550 or equivalent

When to apply

You can take advantage of a rolling admissions procedure that permits application at any time of year. However, applications received prior to 1 July (for September admission) or 1 November (for January admission) will have the best chance for successful enrollment to your first choice. We recommend that applications are made as early as possible in the academic year.
